He is sitting on his chair. He was done signing documents his secretary brought. He balled his hands when he remembered his conversation with Tyler at his assistant's office a few hours ago.

(flashback)

He grabbed him by the collar when the door was closed.

"You *sshole! Didn't I give you what car you wanted?! Why the f*ck were you talking to her?!" He asked furiously . His face is red from anger.

"After seeing Stacey today, I realized I can't accept the car.." Tyler didn't finish what he was saying.

He punched him on the face. He was trying to control his rage. He couldn't really injure him physically because people outside would see the state he would be in, if he beat him up. He would do it one of these days but not today.

"Don't give me that b*llshit Cordero! I had you investigated! You are in deep shit because of your addiction to gambling! You may like Stacey but I am f*cking sure you won't refuse the car because you would sell it to pay your debts! You would have more than enough with that car! I could easily ruin you but I didn't because I feel sorry for you! I know one of the people you borrowed money from! He can be very cruel so the best thing you could do to save your *ss is pay him as soon as possible! Stop gambling before you completely ruin your pathetic life! Take the car! Next time I see you near Stacey..I will f*cking strangle you with my bare hands!"

Then he remembered that his woman was supposed to meet "Derick" today. He decided as Derick to just vanished . Anyway, he got what he wanted already. He had proven that Stacey loves him as Nick.

He wanted her to meet his family first before he confessed to her. He would tell her the truth but not just yet. Tomorrow his family would be back from their trip overseas. He would bring her to his parents' home. He smiled and dialed her number. He already missed her. He would finish signing the second batch of papers then he would come home to her.

He furrowed his brows when she didn't pick up. Maybe she was still napping so he kust sent her a message.

Honey, we'll dine outside. I'll be home in less than an hour. Wear something casual.

She just got back to Nick's room when she heard her phone's message alert tone. He called her once and he left her a message. She sat on the edge of the bed and read his text message. Then sighing she bit her bottom lip.

She was hesitant to ask him things about him but fortunately or unfortunately, it seems that every day she was discovering something. If she didn't see the key, probably she wouldn't know that he was also into big bikes aside from cars. He and Derick had similarities. They even like the same big bike maker. She knew how expensive those monsters on the road were.

Did she subconsciously liked Nick because he reminded her of Derick in some ways?

She was being unfair to Nick because she was still thinking of Derick. She couldn't seem to stop remembering him . Even Nick's big bike's key reminded her of Derick. It could be because he took her virginity. But come to think of it, was that the reason why Nick was so possessive and jealous?
