" I want a Dora doll," Drishti said waving her baby hands in the air.

" Papa, give me a piggyback ride," Devansh said pinching the breeze of his nose.

My children were telling me all this when I recorded this moment on my phone. Whenever I miss them, I watch this video and automatically my heart filled with too much joy.

Devika doesn't give me any permission to meet my children. I always see them when they come to the garden for playing.

Even she lock the children in the house when she goes to work. Though she leaves the children alone only for one and a half hour, I always keep my watch on the house from outside. It's been months since I am seeing all this.

Devika's whole house is burning and I am damn sure the kids are inside. I can't even imagine what my children are facing. My heart is beating so fast as it will come out from my ribcage anytime.

This incident is reminding me of that fire accident that I and my siblings faced in our childhood. That incident still haunts me like a nightmare.

I didn't waste any time. I called the fire service and they said that it will take 20 minutes for them to reach our locality. They informed me that the road between our locality and the fire service office is under construction that's why they have to take another route to come to our locality. I groaned in frustration and told them to come as soon as possible.

20 minutes!! It's too much. I just can't wait for them. I have to do something.

I am now standing in front of the main door and I touched the main door which is made of complete iron and it's locked. I don't have the key also. The door is too much hot and I have already burnt my fingers by touching it.

Without thinking further, I started searching for any way to enter the house. The whole house will turn into ashes very soon.

After a few moments, I found a broken window and I jumped over it. I entered the house and the inside of the whole house is destroyed. The smoke and temperature are too much inside the house. I am just praying to God to keep my children safe.

I found my kids are lying unconscious in front of the main door. I ran towards them and seeing them I started crying. My little children lost their sense because of smoke and exhaustion. I am glad that they are not burnt anywhere.

I immediately picked them up in my embrace to leave the house as soon as possible. But the house is completely in fire and I am finding flames everywhere. The window which I use to enter is also destroyed and there is also fire.

I am not finding any way to leave this house. I am now standing in front of that metallic main door.

Suddenly, I felt a huge impact on my back and I realized that a huge damn brick has fallen on my back. I fell on the floor and now I can't even move. My hands and feet are already burnt.

I am shielding my children using my hands and body. My kids are under me. I am losing my all energy and maybe I will not be able to hold back that wall anymore and collapsed over my children.

On the other hand, The smoke is too much that I am also feeling dizzy and my vision is getting clouded. I am chanting God's name to protect my children.

I am on the verge of fainting and almost going to fall on my children when the metallic door gets open and a crying panicked Devika entered the house. She screamed seeing my condition. She ran towards me and tried to remove the brick but failed as its too heavy.
