I tapped my foot nervously on the bathroom floor in anxiety. I am not ready for this. It’s been a year since the fight with Vincent and his loonies. After we went back to the meeting house, we celebrated our victory with a major party. Then it was time to go back to the college. I am going back to Greycoast tomorrow for Christmas with Steven and Aaron. Austin is spending the Christmas with his new girlfriend. Yup! He has found himself a very nice girl. Her name is Cloe and she is a hybrid, part vampire and part witch. Her father is warlock while her mother is a vampire. She is a really sweet girl. Her mate was a human. He died in a very brutal car accident. They are helping each other move on from their past. They are just perfect together.

Leo and Stella had a little boy two months ago. Our adorable little alpha, Zeno. Riley, Stanley’s mate is six months pregnant. Mia and Abigail are the only two that are not pregnant but it won’t be long. The pack children are usually about the same age. The pack females will be popping left and right in no time. Elena on the other hand gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in February. That’s why the Knights kept her away from the battle as she was already pregnant. She was staying at Esterden with Jessica, her mother and my birth mother. They named the beautiful angel Arabella.

Asher turned up at the pack lands a full month later. Leo told us that he looked terrible. Now he is trying to make up for his mistakes. He is really taking care of his chosen mate, Olivia. She is the same girl I walked in on him in his bed. She is really sweet actually. She was scared at first as this pack stuff was really overwhelming for her and Asher didn’t really gave her a proper insight into the shifter world. She is coping up fine now.

There are also two new spirit wolves. As the shifter family is growing, so are the spirit wolves. Ryder is taking his responsibility more seriously now. Well as serious as he can. I hope he won’t get jealous of the pups again. I mean who can ignore small pups running around with their chubby little feet.

The alarm on my phone brought me out of my thoughts. I looked at the stick on the counter and paled. Shit!!! No. I can’t do this now. I have two more years of college left. How am I supposed to work everything around? I am just nineteen. I can’t do this. I am freaking out at the moment.

“Amy?” Aaron knocked on the bathroom door. “What is the result?”

I started sobbing. What am I going to do? My life is over.

“Come out please. We can talk about it.” Aaron said knocking on the door loudly. “You are scaring me.”

Thank goodness Steven is not home. He has gone out with Austin to spend some boys time together or that’s what he said. I washed my face and came out. Aaron took one look at me and pulled me in his arms. I just couldn’t stop myself from crying. He pulled me towards the couch and let me cry in his arms.

“Are you pregnant?” he asked in a hushed voice.

I nodded as a new wave of sobs took over me.

“Why are you crying? You should be happy. You are bringing a life in this world.” He said wiping the tears off of my face.

“I don’t know what I am feeling. I am happy and terrified at the same time. I have two years of college left and I am pregnant.” I explained.

“It will be alright. I am right here with you and you have Steven too.”

“What if he doesn’t want a child? I mean we just met an year ago. What if he is not ready to start a family? What if I am not ready for this? What if I am not a good mother to this little bean?” I rambled.

“Hey you will be just fine. We won’t know what Steven thinks until you tell him right?” I nodded. “So don’t think about it now. Besides it takes two to clap. If you ask me he will be ecstatic to be a father. When you will hold the baby in your arms for the first time, you will forget everything and love the munchkin with all your heart. I know that for sure. And the question about you not being a good mother. You will be pretty good. You take care of people without any second thoughts and this is your own flesh and blood, I don’t think the baby can have any better mother.” He finished looking at me smiling and I was crying like a fool.

“Thanks Aaron. I needed to hear that.” I told him sobering up from my crying fit.

“I am going to be an uncle.” He said grinning at me making me laugh. “So who will be the god father?”
