"I received your kindness." Stefan didn't take the two bags, he said simply, "But I ain't short on ties and watches."

He never overlooked his needs.

He had so many ties at home that he couldn’t even keep track.

"Ruby, I'm busy right now."

Stefan's words were like shooing her away.
