“Ding…” The lift doors opened. Allison was out of ideas and could only muster her courage and walk out. She certainly couldn’t escape now and she had to sneak in just to deliver a file. She took a deep breath and steadied her footsteps and walked in normally.

At the entrance of the office, she raised her hand to knock on the door and entered after being asked to enter. Alexander was sitting at his desk reading a document. He was the only one in the spacious office.

Allison held tightly onto the file and walked in slowly. “These are the documents that you had requested for, Mr. Parker.”

Alexander nodded gently and hardly changed his expression, “Okay, put it down.”
