Critic novel Chapter 54

Province is so refreshing. I like what my parents did into our place. They bought a big land, They are developing it into farm tourism. So cool farm with resort. The small lodging house is starting too. They can make it even bigger maybe I can invest on them besides this property will end up with me and Drake anyway. I'm glad I visit home. I can get new inspiration to my story on this place plus Mom and Dad are here. I missed them so much. They prepare my evey meal like a feast, I enjoyed eating lately. I will get fat as I get back to the capital. I can't get the courage to ask Dad about relationship just like Drake asked me too. I will just enjoy my visit rather than burden my parents over my break up.

I woke up in the morning it is already noisy outside. My parents woke up really early their day started right away, guests are coming and workers started greeting me with a smile. My Dad promised to bring me to the Mango orchard we will leave as soon as his sone with his morning routine while Mom is preparing our lunch and a grill set we will need it for later.

Can I help Mom? I asked, I am completely useless here, their movements are automatic as if everything is in place. I'm a little out of place at the kitchen.

Eat your breakfast then carry all these bags on the carriage. That's for us and the workers. She went back to preparing some meat, we will definitely have grill and salad for lunch. Ow we have a big bangus too. That's my favorite grilled bangus stuffed with tomatoes inside it's belly. I'm still on my breakfast but I'm absolutely looking forward to lunch already.

Yes Mom! I answered. We head to the Mango orchard as soon as we are are done at the kitchen I am seated to the carriage carried by a Carabao. They still have it this days. My Dad wants me to get the full experience of the province for not using our old truck to carry this stuff to the farm. Well, I enjoyed riding this thing! After 30 minutes ride we have arrived to our destination. The mangoes are close to harvest, if we are lucky we can find some ripe ones.

With all these mangoes we need a bagoong. I exclaimed with a smile looking at my Mom.

We have bagoong, don't you worry about that, we will never run out of bagoong.
