Chapter 7

"We need to talk." he commanded and I watched how his muscles flexed as he put his hands under his chin, inspecting me.

" First of all let me make one thing clear, that you are living here from now on." he commanded with authority, his eyes closely inspecting my reaction.

I stood up from my chair and walked towards him, my body full with rage.

"Who are you to tell me that where do I need to live? I am eighteen and legally an adult and I can do whatever I want! I screamed.

He was extremely furious. I watched as he stood up from his chair, his eyes blazing golden and his fists clenched with anger.

He took a very close step towards me and gripped my waist tightly, his eyes not leaving mine.

My body was on fire, sparks erupted wherever he touched me.

" Rule number two: You don't disrespect me."

Rule number three: obey me

Rule number four: no interaction with any other males. " he commanded in his husky voice, with his eyes trained dangerously on me.

I wanted to object to all of his rules, scream at him and hit him, but that intimidating gaze of him held my body captive.

His voice had so much power and authority that I couldn't speak a word and his grip was so tight that I was sure I had gotten a bruise till now.

"Understood?" he commanded.

I nodded weakly, as his face neared mine making those sparks increase and my body extremely weak that I was only able to consume a weak nod.

" I need an answer!" he commanded, his voice more authorative then before.

"Y--es" I stuttered.

"Good" he said, removing his hands from my waist.

He looked at me once, and then turned towards his table, opening a drawer and taking out a box.

He walked towards me and handed it to me.

It was an old and rusty box, with the same crown engraved on it.

"You are here for a reason, a very important one and there is a secret you need to know. You will get three clues and this box has the first clue. You have one week to find it." he said.

I carefully opened the box, to retrieve a paper. I opened it to receive a riddle.

'I am what sometimes brings you joy and sometimes sadness.

I am what you consider useless after sometime.

But I always leave an impact on you.

And this time, I'm here with a secret.

Who am I?'

I put the page in the box, held it tightly and left the office.

All day long, I sat in the lounge rereading the page and trying to guess the riddle.

After some time, I realized that how stupid I was in really trying to solve that riddle instead of planning my escape from this hell hole.

So after that, I roamed around the house gathering items which I could use as weapons.

My plan was made and I was finally going to escape this hell hole at night time.

Soon night arose and I met the house keeper, Alayah. She had with blue eyes and cute brown hair.

She told me that she was born in this house and was going to get eighteen soon. She also told me that Ozymandius's parents were on a vacation and will return after a month or so.

By six o clock, she was done with the cleaning and made butter rice with chicken. We gave our good byes and she went.

Now no one was home.

Alexander was nowhere to be seen and Ozymandius was probably busy in his office so this meant that it was my time to escape.

So holding the knife that I had gotten from the kitchen, I moved towards the lift and pressed the button.

Soon the lift emerged probably empty and I stepped in, pressing the ground button. The lift took out smoothly but then it stopped at first floor.

The doors opened and entered Alexander, clearly not expecting my presence.

"Where you going?" he asked with a shocked smile.

"Umm.. I was just wondering around." I replied.

"Did you ask my brother?" he asked.

"No."

He looked at me with the expression that 'Was I crazy?'

Soon we were back on the floor I had hoped to escape.

The doors opened to reveal a furious Ozymandius. His hands clenched and his eyes furious.

"Just obey" I heard Alexander whisper from behind me as I stepped out from the lift.

As soon as I stepped out of the lift, Ozymandius was quick to grab my hand tightly and drag me to the dining table.

"Eat" he ordered as I took a seat. Soon Alexander came and took a seat next to me.

We ate in silence, enjoying the delicious food Alayah had cooked.

Soon my tummy was full and I sat in my chair, fiddling with my fingers deciding what would my next escape plan be, when suddenly Alayah came.

"You called Alpha?" she asked bowing her head respectively.

Alpha?

"Yes, I would like you to show Pearl the room in which she is going to stay from now." he commanded, his eyes stuck on me.

I stood up from my chair and started following Alayah.

" And we need to have a talk Brother." I heard Ozymandius from behind me.

Alayah took me to the room which belonged to Ozymandius.

In simple words it was boring with black walls, a black bed and a black couch. However, it had a balcony which made the room a little interesting.

" Why have you bought me in Ozymandius's room?" I asked Alayah.

"Because this is also your room" she smiled.

"You mean that I'm going to sleep in the same room with that man who kidnapped me?" I asked in disbelief.

"Yes"

"No way in hell!" I screamed.

"But..." she started, but before she could complete her sentence Adonis entered.

"Whats happening?" he asked.

"Luna isn't agreeing to share this room with you." replied Alayah, with her head bowed and her fingers shaking.

Ozymandius took a step closer to me, making me lower my gaze.

"leave." he ordered Alayah.

"But..."

" I said leave!" he commanded in a stern voice this time.

And then I heard the door close.

Ozymandius took another step closer to me, gripping my shoulders and his eyes bored into mine.

"I want you in bed in five minutes." he commanded sternly, with no choice of argument.

I didn't answer.

"Clear?!" he asked once again, and this time with pure anger radiating from him.

"No" I said and was shocked and how weak my voice came out.

"So I need to do it the hard way then." he said, and threw me on his shoulder.

"Let go of me!" I screamed but he ignored me.

He roughly placed me on the bed and then took out something from his pocket.

"You get a punishment for not obeying me." he commanded, his face extremely close to me and his voice extremely heavy.

And with that he chained me to the bed.
