Camille and I made up today. Of course I apologized, she was looking so miserable the past few days and kept giving me these sorry looks. Choosing to be the bigger person, I called her aside and apologized for ditching her. I also pointed out what she did wrong and she gave a pained cry as she hugged me. Although I didn't really feel hurt, she deserved to learn so she could be a better friend to someone who actually felt something.
My cousin, Aunt Amara's youngest child, Dubem, came to visit us today. He is just a year older than me. He hugged me tight and ruffled my hair before greeting his mom and Grammy.
